That is a lovely idea, i still have stuff from my previous pregnancy and DH doesnt wanna use it again, he wants other stuff...so please let know when you start the "swop shop"

Maybe the same one to begin with and see how that goes or else the other adverts like hypnobirthing will get lost amongst the ads.

Kids cost so much so it is a really good idea to swap or sell old goods to buy new.

I wanted to sell larger things on gumtree but will first try to sell them here. I am saving for Dylan's big bed. We decided to recycle his things. I sold some things to redo his bedroom theme.

I will have some summer clothes to give away in about 2 weeks. Boy Size 6-12 months. Will sort through his stuff again.

I am looking for winter clothes for boy 18-24 months.

Oh yes and you have to advertise for hypnobirthing!

Nef, perhaps start a thread on goods & services then if you have pictures add it and ask for what you need. Everyone can add contact details for anyone interested?

Marijke, that would be great if we could! How is the best way to do it? we could take pictures of bundles and then contact the person that has stuff of interest?

Julz, I gave so much stuff to friends when we emigrated! I was lucky in the UK I had a friend that had a boy the same time as I had Kiera then she had a girl, so we swapped the clothes we had saved for #2 incase we had the same sex again.
It's what made me think of it.
Shoes are also really expensive and don't last long!
