Thanks you all so my for the you thoughts and prays.

I have started to contact my FS again, so will see what he recommends. I have a lot of faith that this is the best choice. And I think you are all correct by saying having a plan foward is what helps.

I do have to admit I feel guilty, as seeing a FS feels like I am not really putting this in God's hands. But my mom said last night that God gave everybody a talent. And maybe he gave the FS a talent to help me and that he gave me a brain so that I can think and make the wright choice to use other peoples talents!

I feel a lot more possitive today. I think my red wine and tears also helped alot.

As I drove home last night I saw the sun shining this GOLD and vanilla sky effect through the clouds, and I though, yip, all will be ok.

Still frustrated, sad and wanna cry with every baby I see! But feel better!

hi there I am trully so sorry to hear your struggle - I tried for over 2 years to fall pregnant I was under the BEST fertility clinic in Cape Town Cape Fertility Clinic under the most AMAZING FS Dr Saleema Nosarka, (was with her for one year of my journey before that was under a fertility clinic in JHB) I am happy to say that 2 years down the line having been through surgery to remove stage 4 endometriosis, been through various fertility treatments (some very invasive) with the help of Dr Nosarka I am now officially 4 months pregnant with a GORGEOUS SON!!!!!!!!!! my advise is get the right fertility specialist this is what they specialise in. much love and will hold you in my prayers I do know what you are going through its a very very rough emotional road I cried many oceans of tears but was so blessed with my little boy a Xmas due date a true testimant in Gods miracles!

Hi There,

Know how you feel...we TTC for 2 years and our darling little Caitlin is 6 weeks old tomorrow :) I didn't want to go the clomid route, so investigated other options.

1. The book TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR FERTILITY by Toni Weschler - I learnt so much about my own body from reading that book!

2. Google an article from NATARAL (sp?) HEALTH magazing on IODINE shortage & fertility. I was seriously lacking here.

3. Hubby & I invested R3000 odd rand in trying a nutritional supplement called NUVIDA (www.nuvida.co.za) and we fell preggers shortly after starting the course, but they say it takes 3-6 months to see results. Also, I thought this was a cheaper option to start with than invitro which we were advised was our next step!

Good luck and keep us posted!

Thanks All! 2kidmamma,Dassie, Vision, Strikkie.

Thanks Chris, I send you a PM.

I feel more focused today. I have been googeling FS, founds some great books that I have oredered online. I feel a lot better.

my boss just called me in and asked if I am ok, my mom also phoned and asked. I try and keep a happy face and did not think anybody whould pick up that I am soooo sad, but think I was wrong. I hate feeling this way,as I am usually very positive and energetic.
But I will believe and pray that God's plan will became clear to me. I do believe that he will give me a baby! Just not sure when.

Thanks for all the wonderful words of engouragement!

My word of encouragement is actually also on your Ticker Luke 1:37

I TTC'd for 2 years for my Second Child and so I know how desperate you are feeling. I also did Clomid and that still didn't seem to work. so i just carried on praying believing that God would give me my baby at the best time and he did indeed. Your Turn is also coming, just don't stop believing. Be Strong Ika

Our TTC journey was really hard and we had a devastating loss as well. The hurt and the pain from the MC stayed with me for a very long time. I had to go through a pregnancy with a family member. See all her joy, see all her scans, her babyshower. But I was always supportive and happy for her.

When I finally got pregnant again, I relived a lot of moments in my mind, about stuff I went through the past year, and I honestly had no idea how I coped or how I could have been so supportive to pregnant family member.

And you know the answer to me was God. And my faith. All that time I went through the pain and hurt, was when God truly carried me. And I could only fully understand the beauty of that now that I am pregnant again. God is not only there in the good times, He is there when we are hurting.

I found a lot of comfort in being on this chat, talking to women also struggling to conceive. I read a lot of books, including the one by Tertia Albertyn. It helps to talk to other women, to read their stories and recognize and empathize with the desperation and fear and anguish.

Remember you are not alone. We are here to support each other. I for one, will never forget the road I had to take.

I am so thankful to God for where I am now. It may sound cliche, but never stop believing.

TTC first LO since April '09.
MC - June '09.
BFP - 26 May, Alle eer en dank aan God!
Baby boy born Jan 2011!
