Spirits, ghosts and more...

Wow, interesting topic, thanks for starting this...

Yep, me too, It's been happenning to me since I was a small kid,
my mother said at my birth, my dad saw the nurse pull something off my head, but they blocked him with their bodies so he could not see.. when he asked them about it they said it was just a bit of a membrane, and quickly took it away...and I apparently also started crying before I was completely out.

The night before my brother committed suicide, I dreamt that I went into his room and he was busy packing his suitcase, I asked him where he was going and he told me he is just going away for a little while, the next day he was gone.
A few weeks after his death, we had a big photo in a frame in the corner of our living room, I got up to go to the bathroom, as I walked past the living room I saw someone standing in front of his photo, did my thing in the bathroom, checked to see if my other brother was in bed yet, (thought it was him) he was fast asleep, checked everyone else and they were all sleeping, went back to the living room, there he was, although he was wearing a long black coat with the collar folded up (sounds stupid now) but he was standing like he always used to stand with his arms folded, hands under the armpits.. and he just had no expression on his face... got the fright of my life..I was only 10.

So many other things happenned to me, some scary, some entertaining... but not to the extent that I get visitors telling me what's gonna happen. Think that will freak me out a bit..

I just know when someone's in trouble..and I know who is calling before I pick up the phone (not with complete strangers though)
Seen many spirits.. know a lot of things before they happen, but not through any signs, just knowing.

I had dreams when I was a kid about my 2 kids, I have the one so far and he is curly haired and blue eyed like I told my mum he would be when I was 7. Both my husband and I have dark eyes and neither of us has hair that curls like that!
When I was pregnant I had a lot of dreams about him too, how he looked and messages from him, he was scared as the birth got closer etc.
I am still waiting for my girl that was also in the dream....

I had to smile about that comment - and I agree totally. It P my off when people go on and on about being able to "see" being evil, from the devil and you must pray to make it go away... BULL! Yes, there is evil, but I have been lucky thus far to have only had "tame" experiences, no evil demons have visited me thank goodness.

Just 3 weeks ago, I got up one night to ahve some water. I went to the kitchen and in the entrance to the kitchen I saw a small blonde haired boy of about 18 months. He shimmered and dissapeared. 1 week later, my cousin sms'ed saying she is pregnant (8 weeks along today). I believe the boy I saw, is her baby, coming to say hello, I'll be here too soon enough! So, I only told dh about it, and now you girls. So we'll see in a short while if she is in fact having a boy

I haven't had any experiences but my mil sees the dead all the time. It's like they are just wondering around. One day me and my mother were sitting and talking about my grandfather's passing and when my mil came home she said that she saw him sitting with us. When I just met my husband and was visiting she asked if my father (died when I was 10) was a biker because she saw a man with a leather jacket but didn't recognise him and after she saw a photo of him she said it was him. He was just wondering around the house. She lives with it all day everyday. They say it's because she was born with something over her eyes or something like that.

Nef now I also remember this. I always had the same dream - for years and years before I had kids. I would dream that I have a baby, but then I forget about the baby because I'm to busy jolling and I only remember about the baby like days or weeks afterwards. I always then ran to the cot to get the baby and the baby was always fine. I only had this dream until something happened in my life (long before I had my girls) and after this event I never had that dream again. Very strange.
