Terrified of birth process

i tell you this there is not one mommy on this site that wasnt scared for their first delivery.!!!
and at the end of the day it will work out just fine, maybe you should talk about your fears or what you are worried about and we can maybe give you tips dealing with it!!

I dont know if you saw this already, but have a look. Its about a lady in labour singing and you can see she has contractions, but she remains "calm" etc. I thought its beautiful, totally amazing!!!

Mom2b don't fear the moment embrace it, make the most of it! It's one of the most amazing days of ones life and you should not have to worry about a thing! I wanted a normal birth so bad and when the Dr told me that I have to have a c-sec I cried my eyes out, was so not ready for it and did not prepare myself for it, was so afraid. But all the worrying and tears for nothing, would have loved to go normal but c-sec was just fine actually nothing to be afraid of!

So take it easy and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy as you don’t have so long to go. I promise you once baby is out you are so going to miss that little movements inside your belly and think of how unnecessary all the worrying was!

290708 is right, it's amazing how birth is even possible, it must be your number one most amazing ability.. To give birth! I couldnt believe when I saw my baby and he even had eyebrows (even the final touches were there)!!!
Its like Nefertiti always says, YOUR body can grow a perfect healthy baby from nothing without any effort on your part, dont you think that same amazing vessel could also give birth to it's awesome creation?

I thought about labour pain as "positive pain" where you gain something as opposed to pain when you are sick. I was surprised at how I managed to cope with labour pain. Well the first couple ours of decent contractions. Nefertiti will be able to explain how to have a pain free birth through hypnobirthing and I have seen videos and know it is possible.
