Honeylove, I know this is going to sound crazy, but drink a cup of warm water before you go to bed. It brings out the winds (works like Eno's). Don't know why it works and I know it sounds like an old wives tale but it really works :) If it tastes really gross, add a bit of lemon juice.

Try having something that makes you burp. I craved coke when i was pregnant and that always made me burp.

Oh no that must be terrible! :(

Can us pregnant women take Eno? that would be awesome!

I havent experienced that except for really bad indigestion....and heartburn.

I try not to eat anything later than 7pm but even then going to bed after 10 i feel like I'v got wind/food still sitting on my chest.

Maybe your just lucky and the winds are sitting on the top and not coming out at the bottom

Seriously now, I wish I could help. **Big Hug**

Morning ladies,

Im 33 weeks pregnant and since Friday night I have winds when I lay down that seem to to hurt my chest ALOT. I cant seem to get them out and hubby has to burp me like a baby stroking my back. Lastnight I managed to get it out before I slept but the before then I have been restless all night not knowing which way to move to ease it.

Is this normal? what can I do to relieve it? I have tired to google some info but cant find answer to my specific problem. :(

Thank you.
