No you don't have to. It is tax free. Also SARS already know about it as it is all linked now. It doesn't appear anywhere on there so I just left it out.

Could you please tell me if I need to declare the money I received from Maternity UIF on my tax form and if so, I'm doing e-filing how do I do it as there isn't a spot for me to do it anywhere?
