[hugs] Meags..

Worth looking in to, it's certainly sfae in pregnancy.

As you know I had an exisiting back problem following a prolapse disc and surgery and suffered through early pregnancy.
I had physio but eventually found the answer with pilates.. it changed my life. You can do pregnancy specific pilates which will help.
It's down to relaxin being released very ealry on and softening your ligaments. Make sure you try and maintain a good posture

Hi Moomies

I was wondering if anyone can help...
I've got really bad lower back ache and it seems worse when I sleep, it is really bad. especially if I lie on my tummy and sides.
and once the back ache starts, I get cramps in my tummy.

what can I do for the back ache? I have a wheat bag I heat but I am so tired to heat it almost every hour during the night.

Does acupuncture work? is it safe in early pregnancy? or just a normal massage? or physio?
