Johnsons vs Elizabeth Annes

I loved th j&j products, I used them with my 1st LG. I used the j&j top to toe shampoo to bath her and she had a rush, I then used the aqueas cream but her skin gets so dry. I am thinking of buying the woolies one. Will see how she reacts to it.
Rather buy small toiletries Ntoko as you dnt how your baby will react and don't use fragranced toiletries yet.

Just after LG was born I used EA & found JJ made her skin very dry.
Now I use any brand (trying to finish all the bottles I received as stork party gifts)

Although I must say for hair, I really like using the J&J detangling shampoo. (the orange one).

I have stayed away from J&J because my son has severe eczema, and J&J are known to cause dryness, even if you rub them with cream three to four times a day. I have used some of the EA Aqueous cream only, and only on myself, so I can't really comment on that. Although I do love the smell of EA.

I love Elizabeth Annes. Bought some in SA to bring back with me as they only have J&J here.

I love EA especially the smell of the special baby shampoo! my baba has eczema tho so use epimax

They are fantastic. I've started using them myself on my face.

Personally I have never used vaseline on my baby. It's made out of petrol and there is alot of controversy around it. It might be nothing but I just don't like the idea. But that's just me.

I use nutraderm if LG has dry skin. And never use a bum cream unless I can see she is getting a rash which has only happened once or twice in the beginning when we had loads of poop nappies. It's not really necessary because the disposable nappies are designed for you not to need it.

Don't spend loads of money on toiletries for baby. Rather spend the money on nappies!!
