Hey ladies great to hear that you and lo are well, unfortunatley amara isnt well been running a temp since sunday midday i first thought it was just the heat but no he cant even sleep properly nor breath properly he was bad this morning at 1am! 02jojo i was using vidalyn but my pead said i must use zinplex wth vit c. have a great day ladies. yes daycare can give lo more illness but my pead adviced that its better as it boosts their imune systems.

I so agree with the homeopathic route. I use alot of tissue salts for my family and I find they really do work!
I just got so freaked out this past weekend when my LB was so sick and battling to breathe and I ended up giving him an antibiotic! Which I suppose he really needed but I'm not a fan of giving children antibiotics for the slightest little runny nose.

How long have you been out of SA and where are you now?

02JOjo so glad to hear that he's getting better. Ashlee has started with a runny nose since yesterday, hope she's not getting sick again.

Ashlee goes to daycare, and also gets sick quite a lot. Although the last few weeks she has been ok. I don't use a multivitamin, although I might think of getting one before winter starts. What I do have is an immune booster from my homeopath in South Africa, which I'll start giving to her now.

When Amy was this age, the clinic sister in SA recommended I use Vidaylin drops, and then from 1 year I used to use a vitamin and immune booster from Dischem, but can't remember the name.

Hope you are all well? My LO is much better, still on meds but definetely better!

Where do you leave your LO's if you work? My LO is at creche, he absolutely loves it and the staff are fantastic but I just have to wonder about all the little germs he picks up. Since he has been at school he has had a snot nose almost continuously!

I've started using Creche Guard as a multivitamin to try and protect him a little. Do you ladies give your LO's any sort of multivitamin adn if so which one?
