The Sustained Energy series has some fabulous recipes which is for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for some great ideas. I have yoghurt mainly for snacks. but maybe some health rusks - ouma has a green box I think??

Hello,

Im suppossed to stick to a Low GI diet since Ive developed gestational diabetes.
Im working on a menu that includes 3 main meals and 3 snacks, please send through some ideas. Provita and cottage cheese, fruit and rye bread can be so boring. Any moomies with yummy tasting diabetic snacks?
