PLEASE PLEASE ADVISE

I have been skipping my pills (triphasil) alot lately due to busy schedule ect.... I know its very very very wrong but ja....

So with my second baby i also skipped and fell pregnant by skipping like one day....

anyways... this morning i woke up very "naar".... feels like my stomach is turning and turning.... argh... i wana throw up... i have these throw up burps....

well like yesterday i was standing in PnP and i felt an urge to pee and the next moment i felt something, i had to put everything down and run to loo. when i got there i was like "spotting" was about like 20ml of blood....

i rushed back to work... and put a pad in....

and that was like all for the whole of last night and this morning.....

I checked my pills and im like only 2weeks away from AF starting...

what is going on???

u think i should take a test???

Im scared i take on and im disappionted and scare i do take one and then depressed cause im pregnant.... argh

please please advice....
