I don't bake - I can barely find the kitchen, but I do love Malva.

I decided last weekend to make this as we were having friends over and I thought I would try my hand at domesticity.

It is such a cool Malva recipe - I used a very similiar one that I had in a cook book at home.

I also added about 125ml brandy to the "pour over mixture" - and I thought the malva tasted better the next day when everything really got absorbed in. Actualy I had it for breakfast on Sunday morning!

I made it again the on Tuesday night as we had friends over last night (Wednesday) and I wanted to brag with what a kitchen-goddess I was with the Malva.

Very nice winter recipe and dead easy (if I can do it and not muck it up, a Kangaroo could make this!).

I have a letter from my pdoc to say I am insane, so tread lightly with me, some days I can be a total bitch. I'm lying. Most days I am a total bitch.

I abhor smiley face icons. Just saying.
