Hi Liefie

Can't belief these kiddies are growing so quickly!

We sleep trained our son when he was 5 months old. We used a Goodnight Baby consultant www.goodnightbaby.co.za. They also follow the Sleep Sense guidelines.

2.5 months might be a bit to early for full-on training but there are definitely guidelines you can follow. They also go through sleep regressions every now and then.

Good luck!

Hi Liefie,

The "Sleep sense" book recommends at the earliest 6 months and granted all other other possible health issues have been ruled out by a medical doctor.

Those first few months are really ROUGH especially if you have a baby who wakes a lot! :side:

at what age can you start sleep training?

our little boy is 2.5months old (he was born 2months to early)
he started of with a good sleep schedule but now it struggles
any tips on healthy sleep training or how to get your little one to
sleep soundly?

also he grunts and moans allot in his sleep and I think he wakes himself.
