Trappe - wat nou!!

I think it is very important for children to learn to handle their environment so as mommyn says let your lo learn how to manuver up and down the stairs. Gates are a good idea to use when you are not able to watch your lo for a few minutes, but knowing toddlers he will probably find a way to climb over it.

We have steps, and from the beginning we just taught Missy to go up (easy) and come down "feet first".

She climbed the stairs before she could walk! But its maybe different to introduce steps later on.

Even if you do get a gate, try teach LO how to go up and down. My LG even knows how to stop herself from falling and regain her balance!

Ons trek einde November Somerset Wes toe en my seuntjie is nou 2jaar oud. Ons het 'n woonstel/loft gekry maar die plek het trappe. Wat stel jul voor kan ek gebruik om te verhoed dat seuna van die trappe afval!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!
