shoe size for a 3 year old (36 months)

o, it is soft winter boots, therefore if it isn't going to fit in winter I would rather take it back.

Ladies, I bought a pair of nice boots vir my LG at the ww sale.
It is a size 11. She currently wears size 8 and she is now 26 months.

I am wondering what is the avarage shoe size of a 3 year old? Or does it vary greatly?
