Your advice is solid, thanks. What you have described is my current approach to the situation, I think I am just losing my mind in the process!

I was told by health professionals when my son was younger that no baby or toddler that was offered food has ever died from starvation. If they are hungry then they will eat. Offer food and if they refuse to take it then take it away. Set a time limit. For my son at 3 I have been told the time limit should be 30 minutes and then I take everything away. Try not to stress about it because the more you stress the more stressed meal times will be. Try offering off your plate, or if you are really worried about liquid's then try ice lollies. You can even make ice lollies using fresh fruit. And lastly, have a look at what your child eats over a week and not a day.

I am not sure how old you child is, but are they still having milk?

I have no idea but just wanted to tell you that my son does this as well and it is also driving me up the pole. So at least we are not alone

My personal favourite is the spaghetti on the wall. The freaking WALL! GAH.
