Potty Training early

Your definately not a bad mommy, but you do have some bad fb friends, which i think you should get rid of!

If she is showing signs of readiness and you are following her lead, then thats awesome. Your not pushing her, and thats awesome!! I'd say your a great mommy!!!

Hi Ladies, My LG will be 15 months next week. I have bought a potty and put her on as soon as she has finished her bottle in the morning and before her bath. I started this on Saturday and she has made either a poo or a wee everytime. Yesterday morning when I said take nappy off she shook her head so I left her. So this is all very informal and there is no pressure.
When she wants to do a poo she normally goes and hides in a corner and when she comes out if you ask where is the poo she points to her nappy so she has some understanding. If I ask if she wants to make a wee wee, she tries to take the nappy off and once it is off goes to the potty.
I posted on FB how proud I was of what she had done so far and got a barrage of comments saying that I was a bad mom expecting so much from her. That she will not be ready until she is 2 years old.
Now my first daughter is now 9 years old and she was fully potty trained by 18 months and I have never had a problem.

Am I a bad mom introducing her to the potty so early? Like I say there is no pressure, if she wants to get off the potty I let her and we just put a nappy back on.
