If she is waking up dry, then she should be able to go without a nappy at night.
Both my boys just point blank refused to wear a nappy anymore at night, neither of them was really ready, or maybe I was not ready.
But because they still had wet nappies in the morning, I took them to the loo during the night, at first, twice. Once at about 21h00, and the second time around 23h30.
Brandon who is 5 wakes up himself if he needs to go (unless we have had a VERY busy day and he is exhausted), but I still take Liam (3) once, around 22h00. But we have only been night training Liam for about 2 months, and I am too scared to leave him the entire night, even tho I do think he is ready.
Also summer is here, so their little bodies absorb most of the liquid they consume during the day, so it is easier to night train them when it is so hot.
If you don't have a waterproof matress protector, get one and then see how it goes, leave her for a night or 2, see if she wets the bed, if she does then wake her, take her to the loo and pop her back in bed.
