Hi Juno,
My daughter had one last year. Her paed gave us a cream called aldara put it on at night, covered it with a plaster and then washed off the next morning. Done that for a week . 2 week later it started to dry out and after about a month and a half , it was gone.
My friends daughter has quite a few, she tried freezing them and this cream but nothing really worked. She then tried just covering them with masking tape and this seems to be working.
We all see different results with different things.
Try the easy way with the tape and no meds and if after a month or so you see no change then maybe speak to your doc.
Hope this helps.
