question-circle Clicks nappies - Blue pack

12 years 7 months ago #236659 by Widget
I was at clicks the other day and decided to buy a blue pack and try it out as my girl is now going on to size 5 nappes.

I bought a pack of pampers sleep and play as well - as they didn't have size 5 huggies gold & both times that I had the sleep and play on her at night it leaked!

I've been sending the clicks nappies with her to wear at school and so far so good...I'm keeping an eye open for any signs of rash.

I'm going to put one on her tonight to sleep in to see if it's any better than the pampers...My favourite is still Huggies Gold though, but they definitely are one of the priciest nappies.

My LG got nappy rash with the blue Clicks brand. Never happened with Pampers Active and as soon as I went back to Pampers, it got better.

I'm using the clicks blue packet on my very fussy LG (she screams if feels her bun is wet) and I'm loving them, I used to use pampers active and they sagged to much, I don't regret the change at all.

Hi Huggles

I also tried the yellow pack about a year ago and didn't like it at all.
Then a friend recently recommended the blue pack which K now uses at bed time (she is daytime potty trained) and I am thusfar happy.
Not sure if it's any 'cheaper' than other brands, I didnt pay enough attention to the price. But it has a nice elastic waist band and doesnt leak.

First angel resting 25/06/2009 stayed with us a short 7 weeks but we still miss you.

Replied by Huggles on topic Re: Clicks nappies - Blue pack
Thanks Widget. Yeah, i bought a trial pack of the yellow clicks nappies and thought they were awful. They leaked after just one or two wee's. Wish they made trial packs of the blue packs because I only use disposables at night so they last a long time, so I need to be sure what i'm buying works.

thanks for your reply.

Hi Huggles,

I am not sure about the blue pack, but I bought the yellow pack of clicks nappies once for my little girl when she was around 6 months I think  and I wasn't very impressed. Even though they were more affordable than the pampers sleep and play I was using at that time, I found that they chafed her badly during the day and at night they leaked. For night time I think it's best to stick with Pampers or Huggies...whichever you find works the best. I've always preferred Huggies for my girl they fit her best and leak very seldom.

Has anyone tried the Clicks brand nappies? The blue pack?
Are they any good? My son is an extremely heavy wetter at night so we usually use Pampers Premiums. He leaks through pampers actives by 1am and again by the time he wakes at 7am. Just looking for a slightly cheaper option if there is one available.
