Bum rash remedies?

Hello Ladies,

Looking for some advice again. My son has had a near constant bum rash for the past 6-8 weeks. Every time I get it under control it just flares up again. I have literally tried everything and this past weekend it actually was gone only to flare up again yesterday.

Does anybody have some remedy that they can recommend?

I have already tried the following:
- Pro-biotic skin spray
- Combination of bactroban, nystacid ointment and antepeol
- Corn-starch as a powder
- Bicarb in his bath
- Multepeol
- Bepanthen

All these work for a few days and then they just don’t work anymore. We have even altered his diet to see if that would help and that made zero difference. I understand bum rash is part of the teething process and he is teething right now (got 2 teeth over the weekend with another 2 not far behind) but I just want to make this go away once and for all.
