file Feel like a bad mommy......

I will def do that.
I want my girls and I to have an open relationship when they grow up older, they must feel like they can talk to me about anything.
I never had that with my mum, I was very scared of her.
But I do have it now with her as I am a mom and know what she went through.
Thanks for the advice.
I need to pray for more patience as I don't seem to have much of that.....

Sounds like mummy and daddy are making her upset, I think you are correct spend more time with her alone build her confidence in you again and take it from there, she is still you baby no matter how old she gets, and often they don't know how else but anger to release frustration, we as the adults need to help them.

I think when you see her later today, no matter what just hug and squeeze her as soon as you see her and kiss her endlessly and just say you love her as much as you can, no matter how she reacts. Just to break the ice.

Two important lessons I learnt from my mum, you can never say I love you too much to your kids, they always must hear it, and second when you hug your kids, never be the first one to let go, hold on a little longer they will get the love!!!

Good Luck I hope it goes well.

Thanks sooo much Zaza....
Really needed to hear something positive.
I think we need some alone time, cause the little ones takes most of my attention and Kiara had to take the back seat unfortunately.
She has grown up sooo quickly, and life is sooo hectic (not enough time).
But I am really going to make an effort to spend more time with her and try and listen to her.She is really an emotional girl and takes everything to heart.
For ex. last week he dad shouted her she said "daddy broke my heart".

Thanks.

Shew Natasha

Everytime I have read anything from you, you have always been an outstanding mum, and the love you have for your girls is very reflective in all your posts.

I feel very heart sore for you, cause I would be in tears if I felt my daughter hated me or even to hear her say that.

I am sure something is going on with her that making her act up, maybe just schedule some alone time with you and her and tell her how she makes you feel and maybe let her tell you why she is always angry and angry with you.

But I personally feel you should not think you are a bad mum, cause the fact that this worries you so much only proves how hard you will work to make your relationship with your kids work and you will always love them no matter what.

Hi moms.
Don't know if anyone feels the same way as I do....My 5 year old has such an attitude with me and I feel if I don't put set ground rules now it will be beyond my control later on in her life....
She is very rude to me and her little sis, argues with me all the time of the clothes she wears till the hairstyles I make for her.She loves makeup and gets cross with me when I refuse her to wear lipgloss to school. She sometimes tells me she hates me :(
I try my best to give her what I did not have whilst growing up but eish maybe I am spoiling her too much......and she gets what she wants.
She also screams a lot when I discipline her.....I felt so bad this morning when I did not hug her when she went to crèche I was just soooo upset.......and hate to get so upset in the morning before I can even go to work.
When she gets up she wants her nesquick made for her already and does not even wana brush her teeth.....
I don't want to keep on hitting her as I know its bad but don't know what else to do...I feel she is way too small to be telling me what she wants to do...I was never brought up that way when I was little.
I respected my mum and was grateful for the little we had and the hand me downs.
