Potty Training

Hope you all are doing well.

Does anyone have good tips on toilet training, my little boy turned 3 last month and refuses to pee or poo in the toilet.

He visits the loo at school, with his friends; sits on the loo but does not physically let go on it....???

He has been going to the extent of holding in his pee the entire day which i assume is not doing his bladder any good.

I am really concerned now, as I do not want to pressurize him but also dont want him to continue on pull ups for a very long time.

All the kids in his class are using the loo perfectly well but then, all of them turned 3 before July, so are a little older than him....

Any advise would be appreciated.
