Baby products (eg shampoo) - when to stop?

I'd say try them out - if you used the product then wait a few days if no rash or reaction appears then carry on using it, I mean why not?
Baby products are more there for newborns and kids with sensitive skin - and then even some of them cause a reaction (from experience that is) - so if the adult product works well and leaves no reaction then save money and stop buying the baby things!
My son has really sensitive skin and so has a reaction with some baby products so I tend o use some baby some adult.

Yes the toddler shampoos are usually with the other baby products. But dischem really didn't have a big selection maybe I will try BabyCity on Saturday.

My son is 5 and I still use baby or toddler shampoo, simply because I don't have to worry about burning eyes.He baths at night, using adult bubble bath & soap. In the morning I wipe his face and hands with EA special baby shampoo.

I'm so relieved I'm not the only one!

I have been wondering the exact same thing. I went this weekend to get new shampoo for my LB who turns 2 end of this month. We went to dischem and they didn't have much of a selection on toddler shampoos. I bought something but was so unsure about it and I am yet to try it. I usually use J&J but it just makes his hair look so dull lately. Of late he will stand by me when I wash my hair (I use gliss) and then he will play with the shampoo bottle and rub his hair full of my shampoo. That night when I bath him and wash his hair, his hair is so soft and shiny. I too was worried that my shampoo could be to strong for him so would love to see what the other ladies have to say.

Is the kids sjampoo etc on the shelf where the baby stuff is or with the adult stuff?

Amy is 3 and 1/2 years old. I still use the J&J shampoo. (It's easier having the same shampoo for both girls.) I have started using kids products though, and not the baby ones anymore. I have used adult body wash on her before, and she's never reacted to it, but she likes kiddies soaps.
