I have heard from the staff and patients at Wilgers that Dr. Niemand is an amazing doctor. I was there with an ectopic pregnancy, and while my own doctor left me "dying", he was willing to come in at an inconvenient time and take a look at my situation.
He is really a very warm and caring person but also a great FS doctor.

I am currently with Dr Niemandt at Wilgers in PTA. He and his partner (Dr Vrey) are both FS's

Although I did not use their FS skills, I am more that satisfied with their work so far. If they are as good at fertility as they are at pregnancies, then I can definately recommend them. I talk about them, as they stand in for each other when needed.

Please check with your current gynae about them, she should know them and be able to tell you if they are as good as I think

I suggest you see a fs as your gynae has said. You may have adhesions or something. An fs will be able to check the uterus and determine if there is an issue or not.

Hallo there ladies,
I'm new to the forum. A little about myself - I'm 32, married to the love of my life and we live in Middelburg. We lost our first baby boy at 23 weeks in July 2008, we also lost twins at 9 weeks in December 2008. Third time was a charm and we had a beautiful baby boy, Grant, in December 2009. We ttc'd again from July this year, but unfortunately I miscarried again in September 2010. I'm currently on CD13 (first cycle after the m/c). I'll be having my 6 week check-up next week as I ended up having a d&c.

My obgyn is Dr Erasmus at Wilgers in Pta and she indicated that she might refer me to a fertility specialist. Not that I have a problem fall pg (I'm pg about every 3 to 4 months ttc) but I have a problem keeping a pg. So if anybody can give me any insight into good or not so good FS in Pta, that would greatly be appreciated.
