pregnant while on pill??

Was also on Triphasil for many years and never fell pregnant.

But it is normal to have the 'period' on the inactive pills of the pack.
When you stop the pill, you will have another period, whether you stop 4 days later or 4 weeks later as your body is not getting hormones and sees it as the 'week to bleed'.
It's called withdrawal bleeding and should happen once the pill is stopped.

but she should test anyway if she has pregnancy symptoms?!

Was on Triphasil for 13 years and never got pregnant. And I do not have problems getting pregnant at all. So, I don't think it is Triphasil's fault necessarily.

Seems like triphasil is not very reliable.

I fell preg with my son 6 years ago while on Triphasil...so yip, it is possible....all depends on when/if she ovulated....only a POAS will give the real answer there....

Why doesn't she want to take a test? Isn't it better to know?

hi. my friend fell preg while on the pill and reused to test. by the time she did test she was already 12weeks. but she was still in denial. so wen she finally went to the gynea she was 20weeks with a boy. but lucky for her he was healthy without taking folic acid and prenatals. pls tell her to poas for the health of the bby.
