After your email I have decided that I thikn I should get my tubes checked and then try one more IUI.
I think the IVF might be a bit expensive....So a bit worried about the cost!

I still think I should lose about 10kg, so might have my tubes checked on the mean time?

Do you know how much that cost?

Thanks all!

Hapi: I am also woth Lindeque. I have so much respect for him. I also have hostile CM, and I have PCOS and Insulin issues.

Did you have you IVF? That cost seems a bit steep! WOW! I though between R28 000 to R30 000!
Is that the standart cost at most practices?

Hapi why did he decide on the IVF at the end? Did you have an IUI? his IUI cost was cheaper than other hospitals?

Ideally you would need to see a fertility specialist Lynette.

Each and every case is different and they would have to look at your case on it's own.

Good luck.

Hi i am new jioning the moomie club, i desperatly want to get pregnant again but as i had my tubes tied/cut after my last pregnacy, I had 3 pre-term births of which one baby died, I never go past 28 weeks.

I am considering IVF, I do know it can be very expensive but is it just as expensive when one did not have problems falling pregnant before tying/cutting your tubes?

i know i can get my tubes fixed again, and maybe it will be cheaper than the IVF, but i would like to do gender selection if posible.

does anybody know the cost of these procedures?

Regards
Lynette
