Hi Ladies, sorry for the late reply, well, i managed to find a very nice gyane, Dr Sankar at parklands, he did bloods and scans, he did pick up a small cyst, plus he siad the reason for irregular periods, is my ovulation is bonkers, he put me back on the pill for the next three months, and had to get the Ruebella vaccine as he found out i am not immune, so strict instructions from him not to fall preg in the next three months, going to see him again in May, he is hoping the pill will sort my periods out, if not, he will seek other treatment for me.

thank you ladies, well i went to my GP yesterday afternoon, he ruled out infections, did a preg test negative, did one again this morning, same result:-( GP is going to try to get me the gynae app.

@ julz gynae was good, tried calling many times, she doesnt have a cell, no reply, tried yesterday, she said i will needs bloods speak to her receptionists to try and get them to fit me in, they werent helpful only available app is end of Jan, so not happy with her anymore:-(

I really feel for you as I also suffer from endo and also had odd cycles. I get annoyed with nurses or receiptionists at the gynaes offices as they tend to stick to the book and are unhelpful.

I suggest you try to contact your gynae yourself but unless there is some kind of emergency they may not be able to help you and the fact that she is booked up means she is good at what she does.

I really do understand your urgency in this matter and I truly hope you get sorted.

Which part of durban are you? I use dr ngotho 0313072756 he has 2 offices 1 in Dudoc hospital 7th floor and the other is in St Augustines room 99.

Hi ladies, i need your help please, i have been ttc since september 2010, got my period normal 28 days later and the next one same 28 days later, then got another one 9 days later, full cycle, then another one 28 days since the 2nd one since stopping the pill, then again 19 days later, all full cycles, the last one 1.5 weeks ago was painful and clotting, full 7 day cycle... had a brownish dis yday and little today, geting painful cramps. i am stressing and dont know what to do, called my gyane early dec, she said if it happend again end dec, early jan to call her, called her monday as she was on leave, said i need bloods, and try to come in, her nurses cannot fit me till end of jan, i am dissapointed in her as i thought she was good, i dont want to wait till end of jan as i am worried, i had endiometriosis before having my first baby. please help, does anyone know why this is happening, my dr doesnt think it bcoz of me stopping the pill. is there a dr i can see with short notice, i am in durban. thank you
