I am sorry for what you are going through.

It may take a while for your level to subside after a pregnancy, but if ever in doubt ask him again or see another gynae.

Concerned about Miscarriage was created by SuzM
On 01/05/2011 I had a miscarriage (started bleeding and my HCG started dropping). I was approximately 6 weeks along.
A week later I was still bleeding heavily so my Gynae performed a D& C. I stopped bleeding for 2 days and started bleeding again, quite heavy.
To date I am still bleeding and in pain. I have been for weekly blood tests and my HCG is sitting on about 60 now. My gynae suspects it could have been an ectopic pregnancy, but then shouldn't I have my tubes checked?
My Gynae has now prescribed Cyklokapron to try clear up bleeding. I am so frustrated and depressed.
Has anyone any advice or been through anything similar?
