lightbulb Am I obsessing?

15 years 2 months ago #199608 by Reluc.t.ant M.o.m
Yes, you are obsessed.

Yes, it is quite normal.

Yes, if I was you it is all I would do all day all night and I would google the "g" off my keyboard.

It is hard to rationalise and be "calm" when this need literally is inside every pore and takes up every breath you breath.

I am sorry you having a hard journey.
I wish everyone's journey was easy.
I do not wish an ounce of what you are going through on anyone.

There is nothing more to do than be obsessed as it is something you want so badly.

My only suggestion - and it is totally done from a humble ignorant opinion, is find a super/great fertility specialist.

Do not take one opinion, find the doctor that works for you - best for you. And can pull a rabbit out of a hat.

Doing the same thing the same way with the same result and hoping for a different outcome = insanity.

I hope you find the express route on your journey.

I have a letter from my pdoc to say I am insane, so tread lightly with me, some days I can be a total bitch. I'm lying. Most days I am a total bitch.

I abhor smiley face icons. Just saying.

I am sorry your are having a hard time TTC.

I used to HATE it when people said just relax and it will happen, and offcourse it doesnt help that it feels like everyone around you is getting pregnant!

But I have to say that these things really do seem to happen when you least expect it. I was about to start treatment but I had to go away for work 2 times and we were going on holiday to the Canaries in that cycle, so we said we would only start the next cycle. I still charted and had TTC on my mind all the time, but I thought it would be like every other month and nothing would happen. Well when we got home from holiday, I was late and decided to test and it was positive!

Just try to keep positive, as hard as that may be, because when you start feeling down and depressed it just makes it so much worse!

Think positive, be Positive, pee positive!

Hi Ladies,
We have been TCC since Aug 2010.
I knew beforehand that I have PCOS, so I was aware that this would not be the easiest journey ever.
In the beginning it was alright. Really calm and relaxed. For the last six months I have been thinking about it constantly, 24/7. Everyone tells me to relax and just forget about it, let things happen naturally, which of course has the opposite effect.
I have started BBT charting, I use ovulation tests, I use herbal drops, take my vits. I haven't had a cup of coffee or any alcohol in over a year.

I am Starting treatment to help me ovulate at the end of this month. And I don't really know what to expect from it, Emotionally.
I was hoping, praying that we wouldn't need the treatment.

Have to say Reading some of the stories here does help.

Thanks for sharing your own experiences end success stories.
