I think it's about R80? You can claim it back from msa

I have heard alot about Sperm I Prove, just have to convince my DH to take it. Isn't it quite expensive?

I am on pregnavit, mum2b omega and staminogro. Dh is on sperm-u-prove.

Just wondered what supplements you were taking before you conceived. What worked for you? I was thinking of trying Pregnacare, anybody had a good experience with this?
