I agree with Joybaby. Use what you need. The full dose was way too much. Definitely a slippery mess LOL

We used it for a while. Bought it at dischem.
It aids the sperm's journey to the egg. Some people dont have much cervical mucous and so its harder for the sperm to swim.
Normal lubricants are harmful to sperm but spermaid has been designed to be of a PH balance that is safe for the sperm and doesnt destroy it.

It's expensive though.
What I found was that even half the amount recommended was way too much for us and it was a very slippery mess.

I would highly recommend the use of Pre-Seed. We used it once and after that I found out I was pregnant. Will be using it again for our second child!

I used it with my IUI. I found that the clomid/fertomid makes you either less "wet" or completely dry.
And yes its true, it helps the sperm. Its the perfect environment for sperm and won't harm it.

thanks. is it just a lubricant or does it actually help the sperm or what? I don't really need a lubricant (sorry tmi) but if it helps dh's sperm along then I am interested!

Yes you get it in SA. I always see it at Dischem and selected pharmacies. It costs about R350 if I remember correctly. You also get conceive plus which is the same and much cheaper. Making Babies website sells it and she can post it to you
