Clexane users Durban area?

So, last year I was diagnosed with APS after having multiple pulmonary embolisms/blood clots in both lungs. I have been on wafarin now for the last 8 months and my Docter has finaly agreed that we can start looking into my dream of having a baby. Seems I have to go on Clexane injections for the first trimester, then back on Wafarin for 2nd and then nothing for 3rd?......not sure how it works

Is there any one out there that has the same situation, or went through the same situation? I am very scared and I know that this is not going to be easy. I have never been or tried to fall preganant in the 5 years I have been married and I am 31 so would love to fall preganant in the next few months.

Also, I am going to Dr Martin at Westville, anyone have other recommendations? I would love to go to Hillcrest Private Hospital, but I dont know any G&O there......
