file newbie struggling to get pregnant

Hi, if you looking at a more natural route...acupuncture can help. I have endometriosis and experience really bad dysmenorrhea (period pain). After just two sessions of acupuncture the pain disappeared, no pain killers needed. I now know how to manage it naturally and I have met many women who have fallen pregnant with the help of Chinese medicine and acupuncture (if you are open to it it may be the option for you).

I also use a fertility computer called Baby-Comp which tracks my cycle, predicts my exact ovulation date and has features to help you plan you baby, maximizing your chances of conceiving and it also says it can help your gynaecologist diagnose possible hormone imbalances which may be causing infertility. It's an amazing device and I use it for contraception at this stage. Check out thwir website: www.ecobabe.co.za

I hope this info helps a little. All the best and...there is always hope :)

Hello,

I'm 34 and we have been trying for a baby for more than 2 years, this year we thought we should see a specialist and find out if there is anything wrong.

A friend suggested we go to Vitalab, which we Did and found out i had stage 2 endemetriosis, which was lazorly removed and i have been checkingovulation dates, taking hormone pills...for six months. This hasn't worked so we have now made an appointment with the doc to see what our options are. I assume IVF is next and it's really expensive so if i do go that route i will most probably be a one time deal.

I wanted to know if there are any ladies out there going through the same thing right now or you have already gone through all of this that come give some advice.
