TTC with no luck

There are so many tricks to try to fall pregnant. It took me 3 months to fall pregnant with my 2nd. I was starting to stress out cause I suffer from endometriosis & had to get it removed the 2nd time last year June. On my 3rd month of trying, my gynae said we should be in the doggy style position towards the end so that I can just lie flat on my stomach immediately - apparently it makes it easier for the sperm to access your uterus. I know this position helps with women who have a retroverted uterus.

Well, his advice helped & I fell pregnant!

It's worth a shot but also make sure you know when you are ovulating. You need to have sex atleast a day to 2 days before that egg gets released to make sure you catch it.

any advise i have heard of the keep your legs up, any other advise please?
i finally got a gynae in pta that will take a new patient that is not pro c section but can only see me in Dec but we been trying for more than a year now...
