Fertility Doctors

I haven't been to either but have enquired about them before. Dr Coetzee has only been specialized for a year. Dr Ramdeo is good but with his clinic growing I think there is a lack of personal attention. I have a friend who saw him with no success. But I have also heard other women succeeding with him. Both are very expensive, so if you are not rolling in money then it might become stressful during treatments.

I live in Richards Bay so when we were looking for a Fertility Specialist I researched everyone in Durban and prices etc... I then came across Dr Sagie Naidu who is based at Kingsway and St Augustines. His prices are very reasonable and he is extremely compassionate and never looks down on anyone. He has great success rates and was voted the best in Durban. The nice thing about him is that he helps you get pregnant and you can use him for your pregnancy and birth whereas with Dr Coetzee and Dr Ramdeo they refer you to a gynae once you are pregnant. We have done 3 IUI's with Dr Naidu, conceived with our first one and our 3rd IUI. I am currently 12 weeks. I honestly have never felt so safe like we do with him. I am 25 and my hubby is 40. My hubby and Dr Naidu get along really well and for me that is a plus because most specialists don't speak much to the husband.

Hi ladies.

I have recently started looking into assistance in getting preggies. I'm 35, soon to be 36. My husband is 48 and has had a vasectomy and its kinda non-reversable. I'm still regular etc. I have heard about Dr Ramdeo and his amazing (and lots of successes) - but I have also heard about the new doctor in Umhlanga.
