Hi Juno, I was also at Aevitas and the experience was amazing. I was with Dr Hulm and loved him would recommend him to anyone. the nice thing is he also really made hubby feel comfortable and made effort to ensure that hubby feels he is part of the journey and not just a sperm doner which was so great.

A FS is a very personal choice one that only you can make and I hope that you find the best FS for you that really helps with this difficult TTC journey.

Hi Juno,
Maybe after another visit you'll feel better.

I recommended Dr Slabbert at Panorama to you previously, here is his website
www.fertilitydoctor.co.za/

Also Dr Siebert and DR Hulme at Aevitas, (they drs work in a team - Dr vd Merwe is older and has an odd sense of humour but still has good bed side manner) I hear Prof Kruger is also approachable.

Hope this helps

Juno - I am seeing Dr Hulme at the Aevitas Fertility Clinic at Vincent Pallotti hospital. He is a real gentleman. He was a gynae in the northern suburbs for ages - and everybody loved him as their gynae too. I can recommend him.

That's interesting Naomi and reassuring to hear. That is who I am currently with. Maybe I better persevere - I've only been once but was very apprehensive which may have affected my first impression..tx..

My first experience with "one of the best" - aren't they all - in the field was not that great. I just didn't connect with the man at all..can anybody recommend a doctor or clinic in the Western Cape?
