Fingers crossed that you get your BFP this cycle.

hi all, i'm new was created by shellz
hi everyone

I'm 32.
been off the pill for 2 years.
been trying for almost a year - not strictly though - just haven't' been using protection.
been using ovulator tester for only 1 month...period due in 3 days (hopefully not).

my question is that i went to the gyne for a pap and also wanted to check if everything "was working". i thought that she would give me a blood test but all she did was put the camera up and she said i have lots of eggs and my lining is good. and told me to carry on trying. shouldn't she have done some sort of test? surely just looking with the camera isn't enough?? i'm clueless so advice would be appreciated.
