I would suggest to make an appointment with a gyneagologist. They will check out everything and go through history etc. i know it can be expensive, but if you get the right advice and guidance from the beginning it could save a lot. The gynae will send you for bloodwork, and you could ask for a semen analysis for your husband aswell, no use in you being ok and you dont know whats going on with hubby.

Hi Ladies

We have been ttc for a while and I would like to have my progesterone or even my eggs checked to see that all is in order. I live in the Cape Town area and would like to know how do you go about having yourself checked out and where is a good place to go to? Have any of you ladies had these tests done and if so where?

Is there also a home fertility test I can buy that can give me a sort of idea on he status of my fertility before I go and see the doctor?

Any info will be greatly appreciated.
