April 2015: Trying for #1
November 2015: Diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometriosis. Laparascopy to remove chocolate cyst and most of endo. Tubes
blocked and referred for IVF... Visanne prescribed.
Oct 2016 - IVF#1 - BFN
March 2017 - FET - BFN
April 2017 - Surprise BFP!
June 17 -Late M/C 13w4
Aug 17 - Chemical pregnancy M/C 5 weeks
Nov 17- BFP on my birthday! 13DPO BETA 201

I have just phoned my doctor and managed to get an appointment for CD13. Has anyone been for a mid cycle scan and IUI?

@Chanti - Yeah I am still taking 50mg. I am afraid if I up the dose myself I might get cysts and that it will just slow down my journey.

ninies - IUD = intrauterine device. Most commonly used one is Mirena.

Jay-Bee - with all the googling i've done re Vitex - they say it should not be used with other hormone controlling drugs as it will likely counteract them. So not to be used with contraceptive drugs, and also not to be used with fertility drugs. It would be an either or situation, not both together.

Hi ladies

Just wondering, can one take Vitex with Fertomid?
* TTC baby #1 for 1.5 years
(tried naturally for 1 year - anovulatory cycles)
(medicated Fertomid cycles for 5 months)
BFP - 1 Sept 2015 - un medicated cycle
TTC baby #2 - October 2017
BFP - 3 January 2018

TTC baby #3 in 2021

Hi TheMrs,

I had the mirena IUD removed last year April and we got pregnant nearly 1 year later. But its not the same with everyone, my friend had the mirena and she got pregnant 3 months after removal. Dont believe all the horror stories out there. My advise is to track your cycles and if they are not regular go see you gynae or try products off the shelve. I used Vitex for 2 months and the 3rd month I was pregnant. Really get in touch with your cycles. GL, hope you get that BFP soon! :)

BFP - CD36 and 37
Blood Tests - 18/04/2015 Confirmed 3 - 4 weeks pregnant
