@Nikita congrats!!! What a busy month for BFP!!!

@ Chanti, Anzel & Inca i'm also tempted to test! Almost tested last night but i kept myself in place.

I am 8DPO today. Nothing much on my side. So i thought that my nips were darker last night when i was bathing but yeah it can also be my imagination.
AF is due next week Wednesday so i'll stick it out untill next week. That BFN is just such a drag!!

Yesterday i had small twitching pains and today also for a bit. I really try not to symptom spot but holy moly it's difficult.

@Inca - I plan to test next Wed at 11DPO as it is hubby's bday and if it is our month I would love to surprise him with a BFP I must say I haven't had POAS obsession the last few cycles, I wasn't keen on the disappointment.

Do any of you know of natural ways to increase progesterone during the TWW?

@Chanti: Glad you ovulated and now it's the 2WW which I find goes super fast Much faster than waiting for O to come in my opinion.

AFM, I am on CD20/6DPO. Told hubby I wanted to POAS on Thursday (9DPO) or on Friday (10DPO) but he reckons I should wait for AF to arrive/not arrive before testing. Shame, he thinks it will be less disappointing for me to see AF then to see a negative on the stick. I bought a test secretly so might do it anyway. Yes, it may be disappointing seeing the negative on the stick but it's a hell of a lot more disappointing when AF arrives. At least with a negative on the stick, it could be that you tested too early and there is still a chance. With AF, it's pretty much a done deal. So I think I will try hold out till Friday before testing.

@Anzel - you are doing well so far Its always in these last days that we get hurt the most because we put so much hope into getting the BFP. FX for you though hun, everything is pointing towards your BFP! Have u had anymore shows since the weekend?

Hi, @Chanti - It's so hard to be patient... I'll probably wait till the day after AF was supposed to arrive, which is tomorrow/Wednesday, before I POAS. Will have to wait and see. I sometimes get so discouraged. This waiting game is killing me!

@Anzel - you are so close now you may as well wait for a missed AF, she us due in the next two days isnt she?

@Nikita - They are 28days but I usually start with light spotting CD26 which makes me scared sometimes as I don't want it to mean I'm not producing enough progesterone. I seem to have ovulated about CD15/16 this cycle which means my luteal phase will be between 10-12 days depending on if spotting is considered the end of your luteal phase. If it isnt then its about 12 days.

@Jay - My temp spiked by 0.6 today Hoping that means O had occured and I am now in my TWW, I think I ovulated Fri Night/Sat so will be about 2 DPO today. What time is ur app today?

AFM, CD17, 2DPO atleast, sharp 0.6 rise in temp this morning at last, had sharp pains between pubic bone and hip line this morning. (Hopefully its eggy and spermy meeting ) We used our conceive plus this cycle and OPK's. Here's to the TWW!

@Inca and @Liza - How are you two doing my cycle buddies?

@Tanya - Temping is very simple. You take your temperature every morning at the same time before getting out of bed. You make a note of it and they moment you see a spike in your temp, that means you ovulated. It must remain elevated for a while (longer than the TWW) before pregnancy can be picked up. That's the simple explanation. You can use any thermometer, but a digital one or a basal body temp one will work best.

I also temped for a while, but found it very stressful. As it make you focus more on every little single change in your temperature. Depends on your preference, I suppose.
