Trying to conceive - While Breastfeeding

Thanks so much for the feedback Stellak. I know people have managed to fall pregnant while breastfeeding, but the no period thing has me worried. I haven't had it back since i gave birth. So I have no idea if i am even ovulating or not

this is so different for everyone as our bodies react so differently towards breastfeeding.

from my experience, yes you can get pregnant while breastfeeding without having a period.
essentially the less baby feeds, the better your chanses of getting pregnant.

i got pregnant when baby was 7 months. i was breastfeeding and on birthcontrol.
at that stage he was not eating much and i also fed him 6 times during the night as well.
i didnt have a period for 4 months at that stage.

Anyone else out there trying to conceive while breastfeeding.
My LB is 14 months and I want him to self wean - but does that lower my chances of pregnancy??
Havent had my period yet, so does that mean I am not ovulating?
