Miscarriage or never pregnant?

I am now 7 weeks 5 days, just went for my first appointment.
Morning sickness has been bad but not as bad as some others have experienced. I am just waiting for it to pass so i can enjoy my pregnancy

The cause of the cramps was because I had a bladder/urine infection, I was given antibiotics for it.

MrsGov - have you seen the Gynae yet? what was he cause of the bad cramps if you don't mind me asking.

I have never been pregnant before. I had a 2 day AF from 28-29 May. but the pain started a week before along with severe backache and headache. constant urination, sensitive to smell. the works. i tested several times and BFN.
I didn't have the normal ovulation indicators like EWCM this month however i did have sticky, creamy type CM. i'm on CD 25 atm so AF should be due in the next day or 2. the backache and all other symptoms have subsided though.
Our body and mind really plays tricks with us sometimes.
its soo frustrating and disappointing.
but just letting it go and waiting for the next cycle and a normal cycle.

The same thing happened to me. My last period was 10 march, towards the end of March i started feeling sick and had all the symptoms you mentioned. April came and I still didn't get my period, I did a few pregnancy test and all were negative, then on the 29th April my period came and it was only 2 days when normally my period lasts about 5 days. I was so sad and disappointed as I thought I also imagined all the symptoms. But then I started getting really bad cramps and when I went to my doctor he did a test and i was pregnant.
