So ladies sadly AF arrived yesterday afternoon I won't lie i'm devastated. Found this month hardest to deal with because I was so late, mother nature is so cruel I tried not to think about it but deep down I did think that this was finally my BFP month. Flip this is all just too hard. Next step booked for scan & blood tests with FS on 17 October to check ovulation etc again also going to see if we can check my eggs. In the meantime I HAVE to find a way of focusing my energy elsewhere, I just can't take this monthly sadness for much longer. Also want to go see homeopath and possibly do some acupuncture. Anyway....here's to cycle number 21...may it be a positive one!!

Hope you all have a fabulous weekend! Gonna join a yoga gathering tonight on the beach to try wash away this negative energy inside me today!!

@BM Congratz Congratz on your BFP!!! Amazing news!

Ladies please dont get despondent because AF showed up I know its horrible but we are family and will be here to support one another!

AFM:

I went for my second scan today and the results was amazing!!!

I have 8 follicles, still 5 on the Left side and 3 on the Right Side!

Sizes are Left: 1.56cm
Right: 1.38cm

Doctor wants me to come in for my third scan on Saturday and we have a possible egg retrieval on Monday!!

We are so excited!!

I also had my first acupuncture appointment today it was amazing I felt like a million bucks afterwards )
Going to have 2 more sessions, one on the day of egg retrieval and one on the day of transfer.

They have also changed my diet in accordance to Chinese medicine to help start my body prepare for the embryo transfer )

Big hugs to you u @CarienM i randomly question the same thing why others why not us even these young teens addicted to drugs etc. Its heartbreaking we only human to question this sometime in your life.
So i reflect rather on my life to get this going our time will come to shine our bumps.

Morning ladies - as of last night 10pm I'm out I really was so positive about this cycle, I had a negative test yesterday morning b/c I was either 1 or 2 days late (my cycle is either 25 or 26 days, but mostly 25) but didnt think much of it since I really had no signs of AF. That changed last night, got it with avengance at 10 last night!

My ovulation was off last cycle though b/c I ovulated a day later than I normally do, so I knew our chances were slim, but still was so positive about it all. My friend who did another round of IUI also didnt get pregnant, they have been advised to go directly to an IVF round instead of another IUI. It really breaks my heart that there are sooooo many ppl that get pregnant and dont want babies, and then there are ppl who have been trying for years to get pregnant and they dont. We have to keep trusting that God has a plan for each of us, but holy hell its hard some days to keep faithful.

@Bridgeymich - really so unbelievably happy for you! Enjoy every single second of it!!

@Nicola - hope we have a lucky no.2 in your this cycle!! May the lines ever be in your favour!

@ Chanti, I shared my first pregnancy with my best friend so never really had the full spotlight and attention on me. You are exactly right as nobody can determine exactly when they will be getting their BFP.

@ Bridge, thank you and yes I think I must not worry myself to much. How are you feeling?

@ BmB, Fetormid never affected my cycles at all but it did regulate on which CD I ovulated.
