E2 (Estradiol) and LH levels - help i'm confused!!!

Nicola each follie contains 1 egg only. It is possible that there is no egg, but that is not the norm. 2 follies of the same size is good, because they will both be mature when you ovulate. Basically doubling your chances.

For example - One of 18mm and one of 12 mm will mean there is most prob just 1 eggie that can mature when you ovulate

I am having some tests to check my LH levels as last month I didn't ovulate which has never happened to me before. Below are the resulst

Tues 14.8
Wed 21.1
Thurs 22.9
Fri 23.8

I got a smiley on the CB digital this morning and FS said I must now stop bloods and i'll be going for Progesterone test in 7 days time. Isn't that level pretty low though? Anyway on Tuesday they also checked my Estradiol (E2) levels and she said that came back at 3148....can someone explain to me? I'm trying to read up on google and everything I read says high levels are bad? But she said its good, she said usually each follicle gives a level of 800-100 so this means I should have more than 2 follicles. Or is it 800-1000 per egg? I am so confused!! When I had a scan on Tuesday he saw two nice size follicles 17mm and 18mm. How do I know how many eggs would be in each one or is it just one? also can I suddenly grow another follicle since Tuesday?

Sorry all of this stuff just confuses me, I rang her to try get her to explain but I still don't really understand! Brain is mush!!!
