Nicola each follie contains 1 egg only. It is possible that there is no egg, but that is not the norm. 2 follies of the same size is good, because they will both be mature when you ovulate. Basically doubling your chances.
For example - One of 18mm and one of 12 mm will mean there is most prob just 1 eggie that can mature when you ovulate
