Clomid/fertomid stimulates ovulation and should not be given unless there is a problem with ovulation. It should not be used for more than 6months as it can cause cysts.
Medical aids do not pay for fertility treatments so no luck there. But its not bad about R120 for 5 (but you only need about 5 a month)
I had a friend who used clomid for 3 months and nothing happened. it for trying to fall pregnant in basic terms....
you need a script from once off and then when you purchase for eg, at dischem, they keep that script on record for the other purchases you make every month. depends how long the doc puts you on them for.
they not too expensive but you have to pay cash. they wont accept it on your medical aid
