lightbulb Is anyone testing in September?

Hi Ladies,
Well I have been having a really weepy day today.
It seems as though AF is making an apearance after all this month.
The thing is it isn't the same as usual, so I have to be honest and say that I am secretely hoping it is implantation spotting... Can anyone give me more info on this, I can't seem to find any definetive info regarding it. The other thing that has me hoping that it is IB. is the fact that my BBT has been high all weak till this morning, when it had a drastic drop of 0.4 C. which can also happen with implantation, but only lasts for one day, so will check my temp tomorrow before getting too hopeful.

After that I will call the Gynue and ask him what he thinks, because if it isn't IB I need to start my next coarse of Fertomid this week :headbang: I really hate the way they make me feel!

Did anyone test over the weekend other than Firefly?

Hope everyone has a great week ahead of them.

Lots of BABY DUST to you all!

Wow Firefly! That is amazing! Congratulations! :-) So now you can start the June 2012 thread.

Wasn't necessary to test, my AF arrived as usual on time. Not a nice time, since it is our 7 year anniversary today, but oh well, will make up later in the week.

Good luck to those still waiting!

Hi Ladies

I went to buy an hpt yesterday and it seems that here in the States all hpts are VETs! The cheapest one I could find in my local pharmacy was around $13 (R90) for 2! I ended up paying about $16 for 3 for the First Response one which is most sensitive.

So...I took the test this morning and it's a BFP! :woohoo:

Illse, have you tested yet?

I was feeling really bloated for the last two weeks, slightly queasy last week and and got a few mild cramps in the last two days - so both of your symptoms (Dinky and Liz) are looking good :) Good luck ladies, let us know when you test!

Hi Ladies,
I am due to test on Tuesday.
Went to my trusty old clicks to restock my HPTs yesterday. I am considering buying myself a "VET" as well. I have also been going to the countdowntopregnancy site. and as you said Dinky, it is difficult to compare cycles if you don't have a spicific cycle pattern and there symptoms are very much the same as PMS.
I have also been feeling queasy and bloated and very tired 'cause I don't sleep through. And I have been experiencing Mild cramps. I am afraid that I might be symptom spotting, which is the perfect way to set yourself up for great dissapointment!

Good luck to all the ladies who are testing over the weekend!

I have been reading that site every day and it is ridiculous how sililar the symtoms are!!! I haven't had a 'proper' AF since March and before that not for 3 years so can't really remember what my symptoms are :S

I slightly bloated, feeling queasy (not really naseous) and very tired!!! All of these could be attributed to other things though...

I have a digital test in the cupboard @ home. Been calling it my VET (very expensive test), thinking of going home quickly to take it - obsessive!!!

Good luck and keep us posted!

Hi Dinky :cheer:

fx that it was just too early for the hpt to pick up anything!

The "symptoms" thing is quite funny because all the early signs of pregnancy are the same as pms - this website (www.countdowntopregnancy.com/early-pregn...art.php?symptomid=62) is pretty good, it shows the symptoms of very early pregnancy but charts it in a way that allows you to see what percentage of women get a particular when they're pregnant and what percentage of women get that symptom as pms. You'll see it's 50/50!

I have been feeling bloated for this last week though, so maybe it is a symptom...

Any symptoms on your side?

Oh, I think I may end up testing on Saturday anyway - we've booked to do a scuba diving pool training session on Sunday and I know you're not supposed to dive while pregnant so I figure I should just make sure before we do that session... (can you see me really trying to find reasons for testing early? :))

In any case, most of the hpts here advertise that they can pick up positives 5 days before af is due, so hopefully a Saturday test should be pretty accurate!
