Egg yolk/Egg white before 9 month vaccine

If there are no allergies in your family, there is no need to wait until after a year.

I started giving my son proper egg before a year and he was fine.

You can also test for egg allergy by giving your lo a marie biscuit The reason they want you to do that is because the 9month vax contains egg and if baby is allergic, it can be very severe.

My son is due for his 9 month vaccine. I took him to a government clinic for all his previous vaccines and was told at our last visit to give him only a soft boiled egg yolk before the 9 month vaccine. Today I took him to a private clinic for the vaccine and was asked if I had given him egg whites to test for any allergies. They said they couldn't give him the vaccine until I try the egg whites. I am a bit confused because I read somewhere that egg whites should be given to babies after a year old.

Can anyone help clear this confusion.
