Am I too....

Ok so my baby is 6 weeks old. Can she get germs when other people touch her face or hands.

I know I cant keep her away from germs and in a few months she will be crawling on the floor , picking up things and putting it in her mouth , going to creche and you name it and I wont be able to control the germs she get in contact with , but for now when she is still very small and her immune system is still immature and she hadn;t had her vacc's I want to knwo if I'm too obsessive :


I am so obsessed with germs , when ever someone touches Liebe my mind starts wondering did you wash you hands. I was my hands so many times a day but then someone's children will come they will touch Liebe in her face which makes me freak out cause I know they don't wash there hands ,they touch the dogs , drag their hands againts wall and everything outside , they don't wash their hands when they go to the loo ,I have seen this and I sent them back when they are at my house but it is just freaking me out.

Hubby know how I feel about this germ thing ,even before I had a baby so he understands it , but I can not everytime when we go out or someone comes to my house tell them don't do this don't do this. I do it but if they listen the first time it wouldn't be a problem but you have to tell them over and over again.Which also makes me angry cause why don't you just listen and if your kids don't listen after someone tells them not to do something then you freaking tell them as the parent, why do I still have to teach other peoples children manner as well?

And if your child doesn't was their hands why don't you tell them not to touch a baby that is still so small ,must I now become super b@%ch just so that your children won't touch my baby in her face?
