Having a mini honeymoon!!! Going to a private game lodge near Kruger

I am running away to Hermanus to my mommy.

I hope for a small sleep late on Saturday and maybe she can attend to the bigger kids. I also dream about a afternoon lie down with my book and a cup of tea.

Kennith is away in China, so I am mom-alone, which scares me a little.

We are Christianing Jaqi on 16 May. ALso very special... She will be Christianed by the same Rev who Christianed all 5 my other kids and who buried my mom. He also was the Rev who did my "aaneming & voorstelling (don't know the Eng, it is hwen you become an "adult" member of the churh and the you are allowed to use "nagmaal". I was Christianed at the same church myself, as was my sister and cousins, my parents were married there, as we dh and I ... So yeah - it is kind of tradition Uhm, also Vix-Christopher made Jaqi the most amazing dress -Oh it's beauuuuuuutiful!

Going to watch my little Niece's very first netball game. Can't wait.

Nothing for tommorow. Just going to chill. Jaydon is pulling a tooth this afternoon so he will need to rest.
